Refund & Return Policy

Because products are supplied in bulk against confirmed orders, returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged goods, or goods not matching the agreed specification, reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
